PD House introduces a newly designed house in The White House Series. The Model F-127 has the appearance of a modern styled home. Actually, it is more in line with a Nordic Style—a style which is very popular in Scandinavian countries.

It is a two-story home with a total living area of 246 square meters, comprising three bedrooms, four bathrooms and two parking spaces which is suitable for a land size of 95 square wah. The first floor of this U-shaped home provides a common area including a living room, dining area, a hall, an office, kitchen and a maid room. All are inter-connected and surrounded by the court yard.

The second floor is L-shaped. The master bedroom is situated in the middle with two small bedrooms located on either side. All bedrooms can be opened to access the cool breezes from outside. The simple design using white or earth tone colours is referred to as Nordic Style. The design reflects the simple life style. Besides the beautiful shape of the house, the design is emphasized by the functionality of every part of the home which we refer to as ‘Form Follows Function.’
