The modern style, loft, classic, vintage or other styles of home have their own unique identities. These, however, tend to be quite different from the contemporary style, which is not shape or form specific and can change periodically.

The ‘Home Model W-114’ is a design in our wood home series. The design is simple with natural colours and has functions that can be easily modified. It is a two-story house suitable for a land size of fifty-one square wah and up. The living area is 147 square meters which consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking lots. The living room downstairs is conveniently connected to the parking spaces. The dining area is next to the living room and connects to a Thai kitchen which opens up to the washing area at the back. There is one bathroom on the lower level as well. The hall stairs lead to the upper level where the three bedrooms are located. The master bedroom at the front of the home opens to a balcony and two small bedrooms are located at the rear.

Currently, the modern style home is more popular because of the straight form, modern types of materials which use more glass, stainless steel or aluminum. However, the modern style home has a harsh look which is in contrast to the contemporary style giving it a more relaxing feel. The designer applies a lighter and softer colour tone making it very eye pleasing.

This is the concept of a contemporary style home which is suitable for any time period. The style and design are flexible yet its simple look offers a natural feeling of relaxation.
