PD House Launches Promotion “Water Proof House”

PD House boasted that they got 100 millions in the beginning of the third quarter. This results from the concentration of communication with the customers both online and offline with the campaign 15% maximum discount. It is believed that low confidence of the consumers affects home builder business. Small and big entrepreneurs compete by undercutting the price so customers should make a decision based on reasons. PD plans to launches “Water Proof House” by giveaway waterproof materials and maximum discount 15% with two house designs,F-211 and EA-203Q,hope to relieve the victims of the flood in three provinces— Sakonnakon, Kalasin and Roi-et.

Mr.Pisan Thammawiset, the manager of PD House International Co., Ltd or PD House Home Builder Center disclosed that though marketing overview of home builder business in the second half of the year is not supported by positive factors, the adaptation of the company by communicating with the customers via online and offline channels—social media and printed media—together with marketing activities can arouse purchasing power of the target consumers. The campaign “Love Mom As Much As A House” with special discount 15%for Bangkok and perimeter of the company yield a good result. Within July, twenty seven houses valued 114 million baht were booked. This promotion is for 50 houses  and valid until August 31th.It is hoped the total sales will reach fifty houses soon.

“I agree that the economic overview of the year 2017 is not good for investing in residential building especially for the people upcountry. This will affect home builder business and construction material dealers. Their sales amount decrease. This can be seen through the competition of undercutting the price among entrepreneurs since the beginning of the first quarter. It is forecasted that the competition will be heated which will advantage the consumers. However, the consumers should be careful in making decision because price and quality always go together.”

For many provinces in the northeast which facing the flood and cause the damages of the houses, the company has donated things and money to relieve the victims of the flood. The promotion is for on 10 houses. It is forecasted that the total sales amount in the 3rd quarter will reach 300 millions.
