PD HOUSE held an annual trip in 2008 from November 27-30.The trip was first destined for Pai,Maehongson by plane but the protesters occupied the airport which made travelling by plane impossible so our destination was changed to Maesot,Tak and we had to go there by bus.

 

We started our journey from Rungsit office and reached Sorrakarnrittiron Resort in the late afternoon.The weather there was a little bit cold so we had to wear sweaters.Our staff led by Khun Malee joined the owner of the resort to cook us dinner.

 

We got up early in the next morning to get ready to go to Mae Kasa hot fountain.The fountain is hot enough to boil eggs and there is mineral water nearby to bath to refresh our bodies.We splited into 2 groups—one bathed in the warm mineral water and the other surveyed Mae Usa cave.To reach the cave,we had to climbed up more than a hundred steps.This proved our physical fitness.Though the journey to the cave made us tired,we were impressed by the natural beauty of the cave and it will be memorized in our commemoration forever.

 

In the late afternoon we went to the market at Mei river known as westernmost spot close to Myanmar border.We bought some souvenirs and went back to the resort for dinner.Everyone was still strong enough to sing in the karaoke room after dinner.

 

On the third day we left the resort for the 5 stars Iyara Resort in Uthajthani.We reached there in the late afternoon.The scenery around the resort is wonderful.We then got ready for dinner and karaoke singing.

 

Though not many activities were held during a 4 days 3 night trip,all of us were happy and joyful.This was the relaxed period the company provide for staff annually.
