Actually, happiness is in the place where you live in—home. There is no other place which can give you happiness more than home. If you feel warm, and relax at home with your family, that is the place for your happiness.
Khun Nipan Kluaymai and Khun Orawan Prakitchaiwattana is one of the families who seek for happiness and build their own happiness for the members of their family in this beautiful house.”Formerly, I live in a commercial building, it is okay for me but when our family grew bigger I wanted to provide space for my children to run and play. We also need a house near our office so we can spend more time with my family because we believe that happy family is the origin of happiness.”Khun Nipan said and added “the property here once was a rough. We bought and filled and left unattended. When our family grew bigger we wanted to build a house here and we sought for the builder. We visited many builder companies and finally we met with PD House. At first we were unsure with the company because we knew they had just open and we never saw their work but when we realized that they are the office of a big company from Bangkok, we
felt more confident. We decided to have them build our house.”
The house model is WA-947, contemporary style with 5 bedrooms,4 bathrooms. The appearance is luxury with twin columns in the front with decoration tiles. The shape of the house is good looking. Downstairs was designed with multi-level floor and connect to each other with perfect functions. The bedroom can be adjusted to the age’s bedroom. The hall in the middle is double volume which makes the house look airy. There are also a kitchen, a living room, a laundry and a storage room under the stairs. Upstairs are divided into three bedrooms, a Buddha room and a family room for the assembling of the family members.
The decoration in the house is simply and only for usable functions. The most important thing is the safety of the children so a few pieces of furniture are placed to provide larger space for children to run and play around. The furniture is movable so it can be changed the location to avoid boring.
“At first our relatives were not sure with the company but we were because we visited their website and read their magazine and knew that their customers were from many occupations. This made us more confident. There was also a construction contract with assured us that they won’t left the work unfinished. Finally we found that we got what we expected.Khun Orawan also added,” we were impressed by PD House. They were responsible for the work. They inspected the construction regularly, adjusted what we asked for until satisfied us and the most important thing is they provide after sale service and warranty. We were really happy on the day the house was handed over. We were happy in the house.”
The house can give happiness to the owner regardless of its size. If the owner feels happy and safety,it is sure that there is happiness in the house and it can be the center of the happiness for every family member.
