Family’s Happiness and Perfection of Life
“Family” is the smallest institution unit in the society but play a critical role in developing quality of life, society and nation to be progressive and sustainable. Family then is a place where family members are socialized and taught to be quality human resource in the future.
Khun Weerachai Longprasert and Khun Pataraporn Cheangariyawong,a spouse understand the meaning of the word “Family” well after they have got their baby to fulfill the happiness in their lives. After they moved to work in their hometown in Ubon Ratchathani, they thought that to have a house is important because it will be a place for happiness of everybody and also the shelter for them.
“Actually, we have a house in Bangkok but when we move to work in our hometown we have to build another house for our children in the future. We own a plot of land here and want to build a house. We looked for a builder and compared a local contractor with a builder company. We experienced problems with a contractor who built a house that was what we expected so we tried to look for a builder company. We started with searching the internet, magazines when we found “PD House”. We then search for the information and found that all was good and there were variety of customers. They have many offices all over the country which implied that they have a high quality and are professional. The most important is they have an office here in Ubon Ratchathani so we visited and talked with them and finally made a decision to have them build our house, ”Khun Pataraporn added.
The house Khun Weerachai and Khun Pataraporn chose is contemporary style house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. The design and form with high opening and swing windows make the house attractive. The living area downstairs—living room, children room kitchen and dining area, are designed to be connected. A few pieces of furniture were used so the area looks airy and reduce a risk of having accident for young children especially a door at the stairs hall to prevent the children from falling down.
There are master bedroom, guest’s bedroom upstairs. The area are connected and movable furniture were placed so they can be moved to avoid boring. A lot of openings and window help make the will go through. This makes the house cool and reduce the use of energy to cool the house.
At the same time Khun Pataraporn added “We were impressed by the service from the staff, the quality and the beauty of the house. It is as we expected though we seldom visited the work site. We would like to thank PD House for this. We have moved in for 3 years now and they still take good care of us like they are our family members.”
If we are happy with what we have got .compliment or thanks words will be followed like what Khun Patarapoen has said. All of these are good guarantees of the quality of PD House’s service. When “the house” is a center of happiness then the tightly bond among family members are created and lives under this roof will be happy and that creates strength of family life.
