The Warmth in Loving Modern-Style House
This 200 square meters luxurious simple modern-style house is own by Mrs. Prathumphorn Rujicharoenwan. We were here to visit after she had allowed us with generosity and friendliness. She also described to us the impressions about this house.
“Like everyone else, I dreamed of a beautiful house. But for me, it should be a luxurious and simple of modern style that functionally complete and fulfill our family members’ everyday life requirements. After we got a beautiful land lot, me and my husband started to find the way to build our dream house. At first we pretty do not interested by PD House. But after we visited their website, studied their previous works and compared the materials they use with other house builder companies because materials quality and standard is the first priority factor that we considered, we found that PD House use proper materials with reasonable price, so it was the first impression. We still took the time to decide about a year but after we studied so many information, we decided to have PD House build our house.”
The model chosen by Mrs. Prathumphorn was her personal favorite modern style house model and then adjusted to serve her family requirements. It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms that reduced from three and the area was re-design to be a changing room. The decoration was from her ideas, her experiences from many places she traveled like hotels etc., then adapted to suit for her and her family lifestyle in a luxurious simple way of modern style. So her house is airy, comfortable and consume less energy.
She also gave some advice for someone who is thinking about building a house, “You have to choose a professional house builder company. Because the company will be your agent that control working processes of technicians and workers that all of you who has a full-time job and do not have professional level knowledge of house construction cannot do. Then you will impress how the company’s team take care of and serve you.”
