“House is made of brick and stone,home is made of love alone.” This is the philosophy of life for John Bischoff who had travelled and worked nearly all over the world and decided to spend his days after retired in Thailand.

          John disclosed to “Baan Sukjai”staff that he spent most of the time working in many countries and his last workplace was in Saudi Arabia. After retired,he decided to build a house in Pranburi,Prachuap Khiri Khan because he had a Thai wife.He also has many friends in Hua Hin so he decided to buy a 5 rai plot of land.

         Because he is an accountant,he is fastidious in doing everything.John searched the internet for details of home builder companies and ended up with PD House. He satisfied with the house design,construction materials and architect staff who could modify the design to meet his needs. He built his house while he was still working in Saudi Arabia but he could pursue the progress of the construction via the internet.

         The house is a 2 storey,model WA-947 contemporary style. The model is popular among our customers.John modified the model by extending the back terrace for relaxing.The swimming pool is behind the house where the mountain view can be beheld.The construction cost was about 5 million Baht and the interior decoration,the land totally cost around 16 million Baht.

          “ I spend most of the time of my life travelling and working in many countries.When I decided to build a house,I think about the usefulness. The house must be the place where the dwellers are happy to live in,not just brick and stone as the proverb said. When the construction was completed,I got the house I had dreamed for.I am happy here and I intend to stay here forever.”

With the fastidiousness of the accountant,John got the dreamed house which gave him warmth and happiness here in Thailand.
