Many people think that dream is the end of imagination but for some others, dream is the beginning of the truth.

         She also told us that before she built this house,she moved around to have a look at houses in many development projects but none attracted her because what she like is an English Country Style house with white balcony. Besides, houses in development projects were not worth the money paid and the designs were not as  expected. When a house was bought, some parts must be knocked down and rebuilt which means some of your money was wasted.

         Khun Chaweewan thought at that time that it was the best to design and choose all by herself from the beginning so she decided to build a house on her plot of land.To move to one’s destination, the road is not always paved with roses. Khun Chaweewan worked with a bad contractor who cheated her from the beginning and lost some of her money. At last bad luck brought her to meet a home builder company by the recommendation of Khun Prasert Wongkumsin, an old customer of PD HOUSE, she then knew what is meant by ‘good home builder company.’

         “Good work, precise, high responsibility and good materials were what Khun Prasert recommended. After talking with the staff, we knew we could change some materials we need. They took us to have a look at the houses they built and asked for our needs. We knew that they care for us so we decided to have PD HOUSE build our house and we made the right decision.”She told us that what impressed her was the careful work, the good workmanship and the careful engineer and also the easy going executive staff of PD HOUSE.

         “The engineer from PD fully understood the need of the owner. When he was told what we didn’t like, he was ready to correct. The executive staff was easily to be accessed. From that day till now, the dreamed house became true. The owner took part in the design so when completed, the house was more than expected.“When imagined, the house looked nice. When completed, it looked nicer. This was the proud of our family. We saw the place since it was a vacant land with high trees. When it was gradually developed, we followed with excitement to look what would happen. We would like to know if it would look like what we expected. We took the photos of every step of construction .We enjoyed doing this because we chose our own from color of the house, doors and windows. We involved in every part of the construction.”

          Beside our pride, the house was visited by our neighbors and photos were taken and questions were asked. Nowadays,Khun Chaweewan is happy with her house. If she has time, she spends 24 hours a day in her house because it can be her home and her work place. Though many people live in the house, everyone feel comfortable because the house was well designed .
          Khun Chaweewan also left the message to those who are going to build a new house that they should plan thoroughly from the beginning . If it is not well prepared, it will cause some damages in the end.

          Khun Chaweewan said that build a house with home builder company is better that build with a contractor though the cost may be a little higher but you will get the house worth your money. The house is with you throughout your life time so the house should be something that brings you happiness not annoyance.
