Mr.Prasert Pinthong talked about the cause of having this homely house that - they were living in a rented building. After married and having a family, they were thinking about building their own place. For that desire, it took many years to save money little by little, then they can bought a plot of land which was about 1 Rai and a bits in the end.

           The land was a rice field at that time, a landfill is needed then. And they were simultaneously searching information of house-building during that process. He was realized on that time that there were plenty of constructors in Saraburi. And he has been hearing from friend’s experiences that there were such problems from constructors. It made him worry since this was going to be the first house in his life.

          Then he was finding a home builder company and finally found PD House Saraburi. He asked them for advice and the staffs were kind and helpful. Because of the clearly details that made him completed confidence in them, he has decided to build the first his own place with PD House.

           Since Mr.Prasert had his own house plan at first, then, for using the standard plan from the company, the staffs needed to change some layouts that mostly suited his family. And they have finally got a house plan that satisfied them. Moreover, they had changed a garage as a bedroom for their parents, expanded the back of the house as a living room, kitchen and a garage for 2 cars. All expanding was 50 square meters. Furthermore, they have been growing some vegetables surrounding the house.

          ​The special events of being here are, the wind always blows through this place and they can look outside to seeing their garden. The most special one of all is they can do activities together and the relationship between each members is starting to tie.
