Fresh and Cool With Nature You Can Touch

          In a certain period of life time , after married and lead a couple  life, it is certain that one has to plan for his or her future to welcome a new comer. When everything is set up,”home” is a fundamental factor which a young couple wants to occupy to ensure the security of their future.

          To build a dream home, many factors such as style, design, living area etc. must be taken into consideration because to build a house for some people means to spend all of their saving .A house is an important property that belongs to them for all of their lives. A house then means not only a property but also the face of the owner.

           This is the same with khun”Tuktik’s” family who decided to build this house to get ready for the new comers in the future. The house is also the rest place when they come home to visit their relatives. The modern style WA-721 model with 300 sq.m.living area on the 3 rais plot of land and trees and water around makes the house fresh and cool and also causes the good effect on physical and mental health of the dwellers

           Khun Tuktik,the owner of the house told “Baan Sukjai”staff that her home town is Ubonratchathani. She runs  a computer business and restaurants in Yasothon and Ubonratchathani.    This house in Khon Kaen is built for a rest place when she comes to visit her parents. There are only two members in her family now—she and her husband.

          “When we plan to build a house we want a professional and trustable home builder. We ask a friend who is a contractor for a home builder company, he recommended PD House. We then visited PD’s office and we were impressed so we decided to have them build our house.”

          Khun Tuktik also told us that she visited development projects and found out that the price was too high and the materials used were not satisfied so she decided to build the house of her own because she thought she could specify the model and change the drawing as she like. Her husband paid the attention on the construction materials and the structure of the house which we couldn’t find what we liked from development projects.

          “The house meets our needs. The hot water system, the decoration ideas we brought from magazine especially the ceiling with natural wood texture makes the house feel close to nature.”

          For the favorite corners, my husband likes home theatre because he can relax and also the place where family members gather together.    KHun Tuktik likes the bedroom the most because from there she can see water fall at the balcony and there is a cool air flow through in the afternoon. Outside the house there is water to enrich the look of nature which they both can feel.

          Before we left, the owner left the message for those who want to build a house that they should look far in the future especially the structure of the house is the most important. The house we built will be with us for a long time so don’t put an  emphasize only on what we have to pay but think of what we will get from the professional home builder company. Though the cost of the construction may be a bit higher, home builder company gives you high quality work, after sales service and the most important they never left the work unfinished.
