After a long time of looking after mega projects for Central Groups,Khun Kitja Chalawanich,Vice-President Store design has to look after his own home to satisfy the needs of his family members. He chose Patum Design Develop to build his house because he trusted the quality of the work company has done and good services.

Khun Ja owns a plot of land around Bhudda Monthon and planned to build a house for the happiness of his Family members—Khun Noi-Ratsamiwan,a business womanand the owner of leather products “Jacob”,Anon,the younger son and Norah,the elder daughter.Both of his children spend most of the time studying abroad and will come back home in Thailand during their vacations. It took Khun Ja more than a year to finish with the house and he said he stratified with what has been done. He got what he needed because he decorated the house by himself. He thought that nobody knows one’s needs except himself.The decoration is the mixed classic style.He brought the old furniture from his old house,some can be promptly used and some have to be renovated.He also bought mew furniture.He got ideas of decoration from magazines.The furniture he used are mavable so they can be adjusted when needed.

Khun Ja wanted to have big garden so he made free hand sketch intended to have a garden that looked like a park with a large green lawn,high trees to let the air go through and a pathway along the lawn for Khun Noi to go for a walk and do some activities.Khun Noi select the trees herself.They both tried their best to get what they wanted.

       

         

Though both of them spend most of their time for work,they don’t forget to look after their house and those live under the same roof for they think that everybody is important regardless of what he is responsible for.Home should be the place of happiness for each family member.
