I called them and decided to have them build our house. We had never met them, just talked on phone and I didn’t even know with whom I was talking.”This was like a destiny brought us together and it becomes a good relationship between PD House and our family.
The house that was build for the family to relax. The cream color makes the house warm and airy. The color tone suits for every family member. The functions are perfect for a middle size family. The size of the rooms is not too big or too small, good for walking around. The materials used are environmentally friendly. Auto clave brick wall help ventilate the heat within the house, clear glass lets the natural light come in and laminate floor can endure the cold and hot climate in Thailand. No worries about the shrinkage and expansion of wood due to the climate change. PD House also provided specialized staff for each step of construction such as roof tile staff, structure staff etc.”We are satisfied with the work. We are not disappointed to have PD Build our house and look after us until now. We remember they come in a big group on the day we lay the foundation stone and after that they look after us all the time. As a result, the house is beautiful as we can see now. At first my father didn’t agree with the construction but when finished, he himself takes the guests around.”Khun Patcharee disclosed to us with pride. She said her family was lucky to have PD build their house. She still keeps the notice of PD at the fence to let those who pass by know that PD built the house. She joked that motorbikes always had an accident when drove past the house because drivers looked at the beautiful instead of paying attention to the road ahead.
“ I think to build the house we had better have the builder company does the work. Though it is a little more expensive, it is worth the money. I am lucky that I met a good and reliable company. I am proud with this” Khun Chatchai said. It is the feeling he wanted to share with others. He wanted the others to get good things like what he got. He wanted those who want to build a house—a new house, a second house or even a third house, get a good house built by a good company.
