“MY HOME” with everyday happiness
When the hands of the clock go on moving eternally, date and time is still moving too. From day to month, month to year, from an innocent boy to teenage, middle age and then old age and also the building, everything looks nice at the beginning and then becomes old and ruins. This is because things go on as a cycle, nothing is sustainable if times still goes on.
This is the same as the thing we call “home”. When time passes, it will be ruined because of lone time usage. How much it is ruined depends on maintenance. But sometimes maintenance is not enough because some kinds of material is expired and has to be replaced. The careful attention should be paid to the structure because it effects directly to the safety of the dwellers. If any parts cannot be maintained to be properly used, it’s time to make a big change.
This happened to Khun Arporn and Khun Suchanya Khankhajit. They had to remove the 20 years old house when there were problems about the leakage, unstable structure and termites. After the inspection of an engineer, they were advised that the house should be removed and build a new one. It would be worthy. At first Khun Arporn looked for a local contractor but they had some problems about the time and Khun Arporn’s sister once faced problems with the local contractor who left the work unfinished because there was no contract signed. Khun Arporn then decided to have a home builder company build his house.
“After deciding to have a home builder company build me house, I search for the information in the internet. I accidentally found PD House and when we drove past we saw the advertisement board of PD House so we stopped at their Hat Yai office. We were impressed by their welcome and service. They paid close attention to us and followed us and made us feel like we were in the same family. After studying the information, I trusted the company because they are well accepted all over the country. They made me confident.”
The concept of the house Khun Arporn dreamt was that the roof should be applied Lan Na with Thai identity mixed with modern style. This was the Model EA-511 provided by the company .Khun Arporn then made a minor modification and then he got what he wanted. There are living area, reception, kitchen and dining area on the first floor decorated with movable furniture ready to change the location when felt uncomfortable with it. All the living area is connected so it makes the house looks wide and airy and every family member can see each other wherever they are. The upper floor are divided into 3 bedrooms and a Buddha room and are connected. This creates the warm atmosphere in the house which we can easily see from smile and laugh of Khun Arporn and Khun Suchanya.I believe that those who have PD build their houses are from different occupations and they have different ideas but all of them believe in the same thing in common—the quality. The engineer of PD closely supervised the construction on our behalf. The executive staff were with us. These made us more confident. When the construction completed we were proud that we got the house worth our money. Khun Arporn also added that at first he was not quite confident in pre-cast structure because there were none around there before, but when they were tested and the results were shown, we were fully confident because they were higher than the standard. I am so impressed.
Apart from the family member, the happiness close to you is your house.It can bring you happiness. Whenever you have got a good house, your mental hygiene is good and your family is good too. The happiness will ligers all over your house and you can then harvest that happiness, less or more.
