                Living a simple life in official residence form a small family with two members then a number of family members increased, the residence then looked narrow and a new one was needed. The couple decided to build a new house to make their children happy.

                 KhunThitiphan and Khun Wilai Prompalakorn a couple of officials at Lan Sak hospital once lived in an official residence. When their family grew bigger with more family members and the official residence looked narrower, they thought of having their own house for their children to run around and had more living quarter for all family members.

                “At first our family lived in the official residence because we are official in Lan Sak hospital.When our family grew bigger we want to have our own house so our children would have a place to run around and the official residence became narrow for our family.We looked for a builder and accidentally saw the advertisement board of PD House and also saw the advertisement in a TV program.We searched for more information and when knew that they have an office near us,we visited them.”Khun Thitipan said and also added “We found that they have more than 200 model for our choice and gave us advice.We were impressed but not decided then.We searched for more information in the internet and visited their work site and their completed work so we decided to have PD build our house”.”

 
    

  

 
                This is the first house for “Prompalakorn”family.It is also the center of the activities of all family members.With the contemporary style,the house is good foe medium size family.The design made the house look luxury and the perfect functions response to the needs of the family members.

 
    

              The living area is ddivided into 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms,kitchen,office room and storage room. Not much furniture is placed for the whole area will be airy and every corner can look through to the outside to feel the nature there.The earth tone color creates the nice looking and warm atmosphere .

            “Because we both are officials we don’t have time to closely look at the construction so we decided to have a home builder company does the job for us. We know that they are professional,  high standard work and provide warranty. After we have PD build our house, we get both pre and after sales service. We got advice and the progress of the construction was regularly reported. When problems arise,  the come immediately to help us. This impressed us and we now know that we come the right way to choose PD House.” 

           To build a house is a big thing and has much details but “prompalakorn” family beholds that “to build a house is not” troublesome” because if you are ready and decide to deal with professional company you will get the house you have dreamt of>It will be a paradise for every family members and everyday.
