Obtaining Building Permits

Line

To apply for permission for construction, modification, demolition, relocation or changing the utilization of the building, you have to submit application forms to the local officials together with the following documents:
 
 

1. Application form;
 

2. Five copies of the plan, layout and specifications;
 

3. A copy of a calculation sheet (in case the building is for public use, special specification or the building constructed mostly with long-life or fire-resistant materials.)
 

4. A copy or photocopy of the supervisor’s license to practice the regulated engineering or architectural profession (in case of building(s) subject to the scope of the regulated engineering or architectural profession);

6. A letter of consent from the land owner (in case the owner of the building is “not the owner of the land” where the building is located);
 

 
7. A letter of consent from the neighbour(s) (in case the building is constructed close to the neighbour(s) which is “less than 50 centimeters from the common wall”
 

 
8. A letter of appointment as a representative of the owner of the building (or Power of Attorney in case the representative of the owner applies for permission);
 

 
9. A copy of the company affidavit, indicating objectives and person(s) authorized to sign on behalf of the administrative person, not older than six months (in case of an administrative person);
 

 
10. A letter of appointment as manager or representative of the juristic person (in case of a juristic person) 
 

 
11. Others (if any)
