Terms and conditions of the promotion

❏ The promotion applies for those customers who will have their home built in Bangkok and the surrounding area including nearby provinces. (In the event the home location is upcountry, the promotion will be as specified per the company.)

❏ The promotion is valid only for those customers who book to have a house built from the designs provided by the company within the time specified. (Book by September 30,2021 and sign the contract by October 31,2021.)

❏ The list of upgraded materials, if changed, will be equivalent to the standards specified by the company.

❏ A budget for building material upgrade can be changed to cash discount, the amount is as specified.
