Terms and conditions of the 1/2022 promotion
- The promotion is for the customers who have the home built in Bangkok and nearby provinces(Bangkok,Nonthaburi,Samut Prakan,Pathimthani,Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom)only.In case the home is built upcountry,the company reserved the right to give the promotion as specified.
- The promotion is for the customers who book to have the home built with the standard design from PD House within the time specified.(Book within January28 and sign a contract by March 31,2022.)
- The discount on contract signing is the amount deducted from the amount to be paid when the contract is signed.
Giving back again 20,000 baht is given to those who book and sign a contract by March 31,2022.The reward will be paid when the customer make a full payment on contract signing.
- The promotion cannot be used together with other sales promotion.
