My Home in the embrace of love
Condominiums are the perfect dwellings for a newer generation of families who require minimal living space. However, as families grow with welcome birth arrivals, the living space could become inadequate. This was the situation the family of Khun Suthipong Phokhaboonserm and Khun Waratchaya Athiwasanapong found themselves in.Khun Suthipong and Khun Waratchaya used to reside in a condominium. The plans were to eventually have children and a home for them to be able to play and grow up having ample living space. However, to consider having a home built would require a professional builder.
Khun Waratchaya said, “before we considered a home, it was essential to know who that company would be. But one thing for us to consider is that the builder should be an experienced and reliable one. Our issue was that there were no building companies located in Panatnikhom. We searched information on many websites, comparing the data of the various companies and spoke with friends to learn more about the services and comments on their businesses before making a decision.”
“If asked why we chose PD House, the answer is simple; it was the first impression we got. Supporting reasons were the number of offices they have throughout the country, including the one in Chonburi, online testimonials, many design options to choose from, the ability to modify floor plans to meet our needs and all at a reasonable price. The customer feedback they received was important for us to know that the home they would build for us would give us peace of mind and no future issues. We then concluded to have PD House build our home.”, added Khun Suthipong.
“With the plan to have the home be the center for every family member, we modified the original floor plan so the living area could meet our specific needs. The house is a modern style with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, a balcony and a washing area. The kitchen, dining area and the living room are located on the ground floor. Upstairs all bedrooms are connected by a walk way that leads to a balcony. My favourite corner is the kitchen because it is the place where our family can join in for all activities. My wife’s favourite is the double space in the dining area because it is so airy. Though our favourite spaces are different, they are all connected which makes us quite pleased.”
Khun Suthipong also added, “A house is made of brick and stone but a home is made of love alone.”
“We are very happy with PD House. They built the home that we expected. The materials used are environmentally friendly. The windows allow the natural light to enter the home so we do not need to turn on any interior lights during the day. Natural wind flows through to make the house cool and saves energy. The exterior noise is also eliminated. We feel happy when we arrive back to our home. We are so proud when people tell us that our home is very beautiful.”
Having a home built involves many factors which includes a budget. Future issues could also result in major maintenance costs if the home was not built properly.
