Khun Aom added, ”My cousin had recommended a plot of land with a lovely mountain view that we purchased two years ago. We began looking online for a home builder company and came across PD House. We compared the information we had already received and read testimonials from past customers of PD House and were impressed. We visited then spoke with them directly and decided to have them build our home.”

 


 

         The house model Khun Aom and her husband chose is the WA-155. A minor modification was easily made to meet their needs. Khun Aom informed us, “When we asked for the design modification, the company did it for us willingly. We were very impressed with their service. They provided us clear and concise information and we were extremely pleased with that. We knew at that time that we could find local contractors with lower construction costs but in the end, we chose PD House. We paid more but we received excellent value for our money. The company took good care of us even after the home was handed over.”

 
 

         Khun Aom’s house is rather large because her husband is planning for four or five additional family members in the future. The house consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, an office, a dining area and kitchen. Each section is medium sized and conveniently interconnected. Khun Aom’s husband also added,
”I am quite satisfied with the house, especially the quality of the materials used. I spend most of our time at home now in my home office and sometimes relax in the outdoor pool room or swimming pool.”
