          The thought of building the third house arise but this time not a house from housing development project because living in the project is limited with living area.

          To build a house and leave as an asset for their children are many people’s dream.           Somkit Romphotong graduted in accounting from Sukhothai Thammatirat University and worked as an accountant in a whiskey manufacturer company.He then moved to work with accounting office for more than 7 years.Afterward in 1992,he opened his own accounting office.

          His wife,Potchana Romphotong,graduated in Science from Chombung Ratchabhut University and went to England to work with her sister there.She returned to Thailand and furthered her study for Master degree in Political Science at Kasetsart University.She participated in politics and was appointed Deputy-Mayor of Ratchaburi Municipality in 2006. She has 2 daughters.
 

           Somkit Romphotong welcomed “DROOM” staff in his big house.He told us that the house was his third one.The first one was a townhouse in a development project on a 25 sq.w.plot of land.At first they felt comfortable living in the house and bought a commercial building on Montrisuriyawong Road and opened accounting office there.

           When the dwelling was used as an office,the privacy,living area and freedom were limited and the thought of building the third house arose.We didn’t look for a house in a developing project this time because we wanted the house which meet our needs.Moreover,we thought that a house could be an asset for our children.When everything was ready,we decided to build this house on the land we bought in 2006.
 

 

           When we build our own house,we can modify the drawing to meet our needs.Though the house in the housing development project is cheaper,the materials used are not up to standard and not many choices from the housing development projects in Ratchaburi and most of them run by local entrepreneurs.

         When decided to build the house,the question was with whom we should build.For the local contractor,most of them had problems with drainage system,left the house unfinished,the cost of the constuction couldn’t be fixed and also the standard of the construction.We then searched for home builder companies from the internet but found that most of them limited their services only in Bangkok.

          We stuck with PD HOUSE because they have an office at Nakorn Pathom.We searched for more details about house models,price,materials used and medern technology and found out that PD HOUSE moved ahead other home builder companies.We then called PD office and was well informed with required details.
