Why are the construction costs per square meter for PD House higher than that of other building companies?
A
When the details are carefully considered, it has been found that the materials used in the main living areas, pre- and post-sales and service and maintenance after the house is handed over to the customer, is significantly different. This is because our standard is higher so the cost of construction is higher too. We realize that homeowners need quality materials and exceptional pre- and post-sales and service so they are willing to pay more to get superior quality in return.
