- The promotion is for the customer who has their home built in Bangkok and nearby provinces (Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakhan, Pathumthanu, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom) only. For customers who have their homes built upcountry the company reserves the right to provide the promotion as specified.
- The promotion is valid for the customer who books to build a home with the standard design and the special design of the company within the time specified (book by November 8 and contract signing by December 31,2023).
- The Solar panel rooftop will be given to customers who book to have their homes built within the date validity of the promotion, signing the contract and once the payment is made in full (sign the contract by December 31,2023.)
- The Air conditioner and Smart Home device from Lamtan/SCG total valued 150,000 baht will be given to the customers who book to have their homes built within the promotion’s date validity. The air conditioner and /or Smart Home device will be given to the customers when the contract is signed and the full payment is made in the time specified (sign the contract byDecember 31,2023)
