“Home” is a short word that has varying meanings depending on the individual. Some think that it is a place to live in, others think of it as a place to relax and a center for family members. For Khun Jumrun “Chat” Rodthubthim, he defines the meaning of the home as a “Paradise”. This is because he spends most of his time – over 20 hours a day - in the house.

          Khun Chat is the owner of a successful fish breeding business with such species as giant gouram, red tilapia and giant Mekong catfish, to name a few. He is also a fish breeding equipment dealer in Phitsanulok. He recently told us,” We once rented this plot of land for our fish breeding business. We finally bought the land and planned to build a home here so I could conveniently look after my business. I looked for a builder but was afraid of being left with unfinished work. When I came across PD House, I immediately went to talk with them.``

         The design Khun Chat chose was model WA-155, a contemporary style home with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, the kitchen, a laundry room and a maid room. The second floor is divided into a modest dining area, three bedrooms and a hall in the center connecting all living areas for added convenience. The balcony is a favourite corner where the owner of the house can sit down with a coffee and relax with the peaceful surroundings outside.
 

 

         Khun Chat also added that,” I was impressed with the house. It was built as expected and the house goes along well with our lifestyle. We are not disappointed having chosen PD House. The craftsmanship is excellent and all the materials were as specified. We are pleased and proud whenever we look at our house. I work from home and spend most of my day - not less than 20 hours - and I am never bored being here. Thank you to PD House who adjusted their plans to meet our needs. Though the price is slightly higher than other home building companies, I think it is definitely worth the extra money. The budget is fixed so there are no hidden fees and the materials are all environmentally friendly.”
