Safe Zone

Because a “home” is not only a place to live in, it is also a safe place that creates many memorable life’s moments for family members. This was no different for the “Kunkrachang” family who built a safe and happy place for their children.

Khun Sunantha Kunhrachang, the owner of ‘Bug Mart’ Khao Yai and Khun Akkhadet Khunkrachang, an employee of The Royal Thai Army Ordnance Department, represent an example of a family who will lay a solid foundation for the future of their children.They built a new home with a design and functionality that is suitable for the growth of their three children. Khun Sunantha disclosed, “formerly we lived with my parents. When we had our three children, we realized that the home was too crowded so we decided to build our own. We have a plot of land so we decided to look for a building company. We searched the websites and talked with friends who previously had their homes built to get more information. We eventually chose PD House. We decided on using a building company instead of a local contractor because we were concerned over the possibility of unfinished work by the contractor. We contacted several building companies including PD House. When PD sent us the information we required—a large living area with upstairs bedrooms - we told them our planned budget to which they sent us many designs to choose from. We chose this particular model with a request for additional minor modifications.” 
 

          Khun Akkhadet also added, “PD House provided great service. They took good care of us, gave advice and any information we required. I was really impressed. We had known nothing about a building company before and when we had a plan to have a home built, we began to search for the information. When we contacted PD House we realized that they were a high standard and reliable building company. This made us confident in using them. My wife told me that they provided detailed information.
 

 

         This was the main reason we decided to have them build our home.” The house is a modern style with full functionality. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor with a hall connected to the balcony outside. The first floor is divided into a living room, an office, bathroom and kitchen. Every living area can respond to the needs of all family members especially the living room where the family members pool together for their daily activities.

 

 

         “I like the house very much. We first saw a picture of the home and when the 3D pictures were presented to us, we were very impressed. When the construction began, we were excited to be able to watch the progress.” Though we didn’t have much time to visit the building site, the staff reported every step of construction to us. The construction was completed and we got the house as expected. I spend only six to seven hours at home a day because I work outside. I feel warm and relaxed when I come home. The house is a safe place for us where we can live happily together.” Khun Akkhadet also added, “to choose a standard and reliable building company made it an easy and stress-free experience.”
