Terms and conditions for 2/2021 promotion
- The promotion is for the customers who have the house built in Bangkok and perimeter. In case the house is built upcountry, the company reserves the right to give the promotion as specified
- The promotion is only for the customers who have the house built with the standard desugn of the company within the time specified (Make a reservation within March 28,2021 and sign the construction contract within April 30,2021)
- The discount twice the amount of the reservation fee is used as a discount on the day the construction contract is signed.
- The amount of the free discount voucher for interior decoration can be used as a discount fo construction cost.
- The iPhone 12 Pro Max 128 GB will be handed to the customer when the contract is signed and the full amount for the installment is paid.
- PD Fresh Airflow valued as specified in each standard house design.
