The model pictured in this article is a modified version of the WA-155 which illustrates that numerous PD House models can be modified as required.

This two story residential building consists of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was designed and constructed by PD House, Phuket. The main floor is divided into a large reception hall, a dining area, pantry and closed kitchen which is connected to the washing area at the rear of the home. There is also a home theatre room, a sizable private family living area and two bedrooms. The upstairs consists of three large bedrooms with private dressing areas, a large living area connected to a Buddha room and also has a substantial balcony. Although the house modification was increased, the overall energy conservation is excellent.
