"SEP in the Rain" Promotion

The "SEP in the Rain" promotion is limited to the first nine customers who book and sign the construction contract within the promotion period. Terms and Conditions:
- The promotion is valid for customers who have their homes built in Bangkok and nearby provinces (Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakhan, Pathumthanu, Samut Sakhon, and Nakhon Pathom) only. For customers who have their homes built upcountry, the company reserves the right to provide the promotion as specified.
- The promotion is valid for customers who book to build a home with the standard design and the special design of the company within the specified time frame (book by October 15 and sign the contract by November 15, 2023).
- The voucher for interior decoration design valued at 200,000 baht will be given to customers who book to have their homes built within the promotional period, sign the contract, and make the full payment by November 15, 2023.
- The voucher from HomePro valued at 100,000 baht will be given to customers who book to have their homes built within the promotion's period. The voucher will be provided when the contract is signed, and the full payment is made within the specified timeframe (by November 15, 2023).
- The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other sales promotions.
