         Modern Tropical design is tailored to suit the hot and humid climate of Thailand, considering sunlight and wind direction. The structure features extended eaves and strategically placed louvers to reduce heat and enhance natural ventilation. It focuses on creating spacious, well-lit interiors with open spaces to allow sunlight and air to flow through, promoting better air circulation. Earthy tones are used to create a warm and comfortable ambiance. Every function is designed for convenience, including a ground-floor bedroom suitable for elderly residents, accommodating daily living at all stages of life.
 

 

The EA-231 house model 
consists of 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. 
The total floor area is 434 square meters. 
It is suitable for a land size of 136 square wah (544 square meters) with a frontage of 34 meters and a depth of 16 meters.
 
 
The concept in designing 
this modern-style house is to meet the demands of contemporary living, suitable for the hot and humid climate of the region. It features spacious and distinctive design with elongated eaves and decorative awnings that add depth to the building while helping reduce heat from direct sunlight. The house is designed to allow natural light and air to enter from all directions, emphasizing simplicity and modernity. The interior incorporates soft color tones for a warm and cozy atmosphere and is designed to seamlessly connect all functions for convenience. Additionally, there is a ground-floor bedroom for the elderly, making it suitable for large families, offering complete and comfortable living.


House Model EA-232 
consists of 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. 
The living area  441 square meters.
it suitable for a land size of 127 square wah (509 square meters) with a 26-meter frontage and a 19.5-meter depth.

 

The design concept for 
this modern style house is a fusion of contemporary living with an environment tailored for the hot and humid climate of Thailand. The modern building design features extended eaves to provide shade and utilizes open spaces to allow natural light and air to flow freely. The addition of pergolas adds dimension to the structure and helps reduce heat from direct sunlight.
