Terms and conditions
- The promotion is valid only for those who will have their home built in Bangkok or The Greater Bangkok area (Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom). For those who are planning to have their home built upcountry, the company reserves the right to grant the promotion as specified.
- The promotion is valid for those who book to have their homes built to include the company’s standard home designs within the time specified (Book between February 8 th and April 8 th and the contract signed by May 30th)
- Special Offer: A discount valued at the same amount as the deposit valued up to 200,000 baht to be used as a cash discount for the payment made on the contract signing date. (For example, a deposit of 50,000 baht will receive a 50,000 baht discount)
- Lucky Money: An interior décor allocation or a gift voucher from Home Pro valued up to 250,000 baht will be given to those customers who book to have their homes built within the duration of the promotion. The award will be given to those customers when the construction contract is signed by May 30 th and the payment paid in full.
- Reimbursement: A construction discount valued up to 200,000 baht will be given to those customers who book and make their final payment. The reimbursement will be completed within 30 working days.
- Travel Offer: A gift voucher from Centara Hotels and Resorts valued up to 80,000 baht will be given to those customers who book to have a home built within the time of the promotion, the contract signed by May 30th and once the final payment made.
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other sales promotion.
