Price more than 3 million baht but not exceed 5 million baht
❏ Get the discount the same amount you paid for reservation when the contract is sign (maximum 100,000 baht)
❏ Get package tour to Samui (Suratthani) for 2 persons
❏ Get free modification maximum worth 10,000-300.000 baht (depend on the house model) for the happiness of your Mom
Price more than 5 million baht but not exceed 10 million baht
❏ Get the discount the same amount you paid for reservation when the contract is sign (maximum 200,000 baht)
❏ Get free modification maximum worth 10,000-700.000 baht (depend on the house model) for the happiness of your Mom
Price more than 10 million baht
❏ Get the discount the same amount you paid for reservation when the contract is sign (maximum 300,000 baht)
❏ Get free modification maximum worth 10,000-700.000 baht (depend on the house model) for the happiness of your Mom
Step 3 : Free assessment fee
Free property assessment and construction assessment (as specified by the bank)
Step 4 : Free mortgage fee
Free mortgage fee 1% (paid to the land office)
Terms and conditions :
- The promotion is the sales promotion joined between PD House Home Builder Center and Siam Commercial Bank.
- Step 1 and step 2 promotion are for the customers who have PD House build their houses.
- The company is responsible for all expenses occurred in step 1 and step 2 promotion.
- In case the customer doesn’t sign the construction contract with the company,the customer has to take responsibility for the promotion himself.
- Package tour cannot be exchange to cash.
