PD House Launches New Home Designs to Cope with the Corona Virus.
PD House announces the launch of new home designs to cope with Covid-19. There are four designs in the series and the prices range from two to three million baht comprising three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking spaces. The concept of the designs is to provide value, ideal functionality and superior materials all within reasonable pricing.
The Covid-19 Series is a redesign from the original standard PD House designs. The concept is to respond to the needs of the modern family so the original, popular designs are modified to look more stylish. There are four designs in the series which include F-205, F-206, F-207 and F-208.
The series reflects a Nordic style which has a unique and outstanding identity. Although limited, the living areas provides perfect functionalities for the family. Furthermore, the gabled roof, with minimal hangover, reflects the roof’s height and roof structure.
The bright, earth tone colours reveal the warmth and the identity of the Nordic style home. The form of the house is prominent in itself and speaks of a truly welcoming home to its owners. It also responds to the needs of those customers who require a home having its own unique identity.
The outstanding feature of a Nordic style house is the high-gabled roof allowing the outside light and air to gently flow into the house. The materials used allow the owners to feel the warmth of the home with added ambience from the surrounding natural settings.
The four designs of the Covid-19 series consists of three to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living areas inside are all interconnected. The ground floor is divided into a living corner, kitchen, a dining area, washing area and a parking space. The upstairs contain all bedrooms with a private space for family members. All designs are suitable for the 14-meter-wide land size and fitting for both single and extended families.
