Patum Design Develop Co., Ltd and the companies in PD House Home Builder Center chains held THANK YOU PARTY to thank the customers from all over the country who trusted PD to build energy saving and environmentally friendly houses. The concept of the party was “Sparkling PD House” or the glorious and prosperity of PD House. Khun Sittiporn Suwannasut—the president, Khun Pisan Thammawiset—the manager and the executive staff handed the prizes to the winner.

There were also many funny activities for the customers and their families such as taking photos, playing bingo games, painting and costume contest under the theme “ Best Disco Costume Award” etc. and sought for the lucky persons who would get 1 million baht worth saving accounts which divided into 3 prizes :
 1st prize : 1 saving account worth 500,000 baht
 2nd prize : 1 saving account worth 200,000 baht
 3rd prize : 3 saving account worth 100,000 baht each
Special prizes were 2 Nissan MARCH worth over 1 million baht.
Extra more prizes were solar cell generated hot water machine, air-conditioner, cell phone BlackBerry, Samsung Galaxy. There was also a concert from “Sutep the Sax” by Sutep Prayoonpitak and staff and a comedian from  famous TV show.This type of joy and happiness will still be held by PD continuously in the future to pay thank you return to our customs all over the country.

PD House will develop and provide the service to meet the need of the customers who trusted us. Our goal is to bring PD House to be the leader of innovation in home builder which is environmentally friendly and energy saving and provides convenience to the customers all over the country. To response to the needs of the customers is the heart of our business so the research and development department was set up to study consumer behavior and needs. Then the data will be analyzed and the products and services will be created to meet the consumers’ need. The department will also provide useful data to the entrepreneur in home builder business. PD House plan to open up to 28 offices in the year 2011 and 50 offices in the year 2013. The policy of PD House is to have every office runs the business at the same standard all over the country. This will be the original model to elevate the standard for home builder business in Thailand to cope up with international standard.
