Downstairs are divided into maid room, laundry room, kitchen reception room. Guest bedroom and home theatre room which connects to the swimming pool. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each decorated to the liking of the owner. The materials used are high quality and also serves the safety purpose.


 
   

   


 


         “Before building this house, we study a lot about the builder companies and contractors and finally we decided to have home builder company build our house. We knew that we can avoid the problems on escalated budget and quality of construction. We chose PD House because we have heard of them for a long time and they have the most offices in the country and also in Ubonratchathani. They are the quality builder and provide warranty for their work. We are sure that they can build us a high quality house. Khun Apichart also added that”they work as we imagine. They test the soil before doing the piling work so the proper length of the piles is used. This made us more confident in the company. The engineer and construction supervisor closely control each step of construction. I was so impressed. The work was exquisite as expected.”


​          Building a house is complicated for someone but it is simple for those who pick up the right builder. Like Khun Apichart who had PD build his house and told us that’ since I picked up the design, signed the contract and until the house was handed over to me, I have never been to their office.” I was confident on their staff and their professional and finally the work has come out to guarantee the quality of the company.
