A dream is an imagination one wants to reach. It is believed that many of us can reach such a dream, like a smart lady, Khun Nittaya Nanoon, who reached her dream and shared happiness to people around her.
When the “dream” turns to reality we can feel the pride and if the dream we want to give to our beloved ones like our parents, it will be the most valuable that nothing can be compared. Khun Nittaya told us that, ”This is our first house.At that time my father worked in Kanchanaburi and lived in a commercial building. I worked in another place and bought a townhome which had not much living area. We needed a house for our parents to live comfortably and when our children or our relatives come, they will have a place to play around and had their own privacy.”
Khun Nittaya also added,” When we decided to build a house, we looked for a builder. We searched the internet and found PD House, a professional builder. We then visited them talked with them, had a look at model houses. They have plenty of designs for our choice. We finally had PD build our house.”
The design our parents liked was Thai applied style with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We modified the parking to be another bedroom so we got 4 bedrooms. Downstairs are divided into living area, Thai kitchen and European kitchen, dining room and father’s bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The interior decoration is a simple modern style with few pieces of furniture so the house looks wide and airy.”
“We are so happy on the day the house is handed over.We thought we needed some amount of money for interior decoration to get ready for moving in.It is our dream we created. Until now we are proud of the house because it came from our own labor. We didn’t ask for a housing loan.”Khun Nittaya added, ”Thank PD House for building us a house we needed. We are impressed with their service and care for oue needs. The construction was completed on time and they provide 20 warranty for the structure.”
Finally, what we call” dream” when created is a paradise that gives happiness to those we love and love us. It is the place where the family members meet and talk and that fulfills the happiness of the family.
