                Khun Thammanoon added that “formerly, my family lived in commercial building for 20 years. We felt the place became narrow because our children are grown up. We needed a house so everyone will have their private section. I also had a plot of land so I needed a house which had more living area. At first we looked for a contractor but felt unconfident so we looked for a home builder company and found PD House because they have an office at Hua Hin. We also saw an advertisement of the company in a magazine and we visited them. We were impressed and we made a decision to have them build our house.”

                The house is WA-155, contemporary style. The living area is 389 sq.m.,5 bedrooms,4 bathrooms and 2 parking lots. With shape and form that look luxury and a pair of columns in the front make the house looks airy. The area downstairs was designed to connect very part but has its own function such as theatre room, living room ,small bedroom for the elder, kitchen, laundry and maid room outside. The hall in the middle of the house with high ceiling makes the house airy. The area upstairs divided into 3 small bedroom and a master bedroom. There is also a Buddha room upstairs. A few pieces of movable furniture are put in each room which is easy to move and change. There is no specific style of decoration but emphasize on real application and easy to clean.
