For the reason, some schools provide houses for teachers to live in during their working. When they retire they have to move out and another one who is still teaching in the school will replace. This is the same as Khun Surachet and Khun Pongchawee Ponpanitchareon, the teachers at Kanarat Bumrung,Patumthani.One they had to travel a long distance a day so they decided to stay in the house provided by school.


         “ I lived in the house provided by the school for 15 years and I know that when I retire I cannot stay here all my life. I planned to build a house so I bought a piece of land in the year 1979.Now we are close to retirement age and need our own house and ready for that.”Khun Surachet said and added “When the idea of building a house arose, we looked for the builder. If asked why we didn’t look for a contractor, we were afraid they will left the construction unfinished. We have saved our money all our working life so we are careful about this. We then decided to have home builder company to build our house.”

         When decided to look for a home builder company, Khun Surachet and Khun Ponchawee visited The Fair held by home builder companies and also The Material and Home Fair held by THAI HOME BUILDER ASSOCIATION. They also searched the internet for more information and finally decided to choose PD House as  the builder because They provided sufficient information and their office is near our house.
 

  

  

 
         The house Khun Surachet and Khun Pongchawee built is model EA-214Q.It is an applied Thai style house with Gold Series materials specification. The structure is pre-fab.MLS. The front of the house looks wide and luxurious. The two gables roof with CPAC MONIER tiles is prominent and strong. The ventilating channel at the eave makes the house cool. The house is divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. The interior living area is connected. The house was decorated with a few piece of furniture so the house is tidy and easy to clean. The soft tone color makes the house look fresh. The house is an energy saving house.

 
        After the construction was completed, there were smile on both of the owners. Khun Pongchawee said “We were impressed with the house, they built as expected. All functions are perfect. The engineer supervised all steps of construction. The company was fair with us. Thank PD House.

 
  
 

        To have a house is crucial and looking for a home builder company more important. We have to consider their accountability, experiences, work completed and all information of the company so we can make a right decision.
