         Those who usually have Thai cuisine know that what ingredients should be mixed in a dish so it will be as it should be. Though we cannot cook, we know what is right and what is wrong with the dish. If some ingredients missed, the taste of the dish is not as it should be.

        Before he worked with the customer service division, he was in the banking loan division so he had heard the complaints from his customers to the contractors who left the construction unfinished, the work didn’t meet the accepted standard and the unfixed budget.         Before Khun Amnat built this house, his siblings had to live separately. His mother’s intention wanted to bring her children to live together under the same roof so the house is not just brick and stone but it is the home where no obstacles separated them.

        Originated from my mother’s idea, we create our dreams together. We looked for a new land and found the place here and then looked for the builder.

         Because he was in the loan division before, he got information from his customers that building the house with the contractor there were many problems arose. Some were not a professional, others left the construction unfinished so when he decided to build a new house he looked for a reliable home builder company.           Besides looking for the design  and the builder, Khun Amnat considered the budget at the same time. He had planned his budget not more than 2.2 million Baht and he was recommended this house EA-514 model.

          The main reason we chose the home builder company instead of buying a house from development project because we wanted the house that met our needs. Furthermore, living in the development project we had to pay for the common expenses which we considered it was unnecessary for us. The location here was also good for us, we were tied up to the place.

          Khun Amnat said with a happy smile that though the house was not big but he spared the land for her sister to build a small museum for her collected antiques which attracted friends to this house.
Love,relationship tied up family members which made the house filled with love and joy. They also planted trees to give shade for the house.

          Khun Amnat left the message for those who want to build the house that if they didn’t have much money, they could apply for a loan from the bank. For the builder, the owner had to study the background of the company thoroughly.

          Now under the same roof, the Khao lueng family live their happy lives.
