“We are so happy when we view our house which we get from our own labor. Just look at the house, we are happy. Furthermore, when our children have their own room, have a place to run around, we feel happier. The feeling is far different from the former time when we live in a small room. We can say that the house fulfilled our family life. It is the place we can rest, do activities and we don’t want to go out. We are fully proud of the house.”

        Khun Nongnut Chaisaen’s family has just moved into this house for 4 months. The sentence above proved that this house has fulfilled something missing from their lives.It is the house they love to reside, don’t want to go out.

         Once the family lived together with other family members  in a commercial building. It was not convenient, no place to do activities together. Khun Thewarat, her husband, and her talked about building a new house, a real house which gives warmth and happiness for 4 of the family members. They kept dreaming until the business went better, the dreamed house then came into reality.

         “We own a plot of land close to our joints inspection –one of our businesses at Amphoe Bangrakam, Phitsanulok. We want to build our house there but we have no knowledge of construction. We searched for the information and we found out PD House Home Builder center. We studied their website and knew that they provided full circle service for home construction. We walked into their office and found out that they have variety of house designs varied to the element of the dwellers. We liked their carefully detailed design and when we saw this design we agreed. The living area of the house is about  210 sq.m. on a half rai plot of land. We wanted a house that suited 4 family members so we decided to build 2 storey house with 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom and a Buddha room.

         The house was decorated with sweet, classic, luxury furniture. The favorite corner of the lady of the house is the living room and dining area. In the TV room painted white with a few furniture ut full functions and the two children always love to be there. It looked different but nice.

         The furniture in the house was specially designed to suit with each corner. In the hall was decorated with folded vinyl partition harmonized with the house>The interior decoration was managed by Khun Nongnut while Khun Thewarat, her husband looked after the exterior such as garden. He brought many variety of plants to grow in the garden himself. He also wanted to build a sitting corner in front of the house so he put a kiosk and planted some bushes in front of the house. Sitting there can feel the close nature and will also be the place for the guests outside the house. They both are proud of the house.

         Khun Thewarat told us with a smile that “ We are not good at craftsmanship or construction so Pd looked after everything. They closely inspected the construction so we were not worried about it. If there are any mistakes, they provide after sale service with no charge. If we built our house with the contractor, we are not sure if we have to pay for the service

         While the house is being constructed we could change what we like so we were involved in construction our own house. When we moved in we felt so happy that we don’t want to go out. When I feel stress with my work I came into the house, sitting and looked around I feel relax.

         “We have many activities to do in our house. On holidays we cook and bring the food to eat outside. Our son and daughter also do many activities around the house. In the past when we haven’t built the house our children stayed in a room watching TV or played games. When we have a new house, they can do many activities and can relax more. We are happy when we see our children do many activities,

          ”Khun Thewarat ended his words with a big smile.
