Early for the end,late for the beginning.Two generations under the same roof.

           Generally,home for the young and home for the old may be somewhat different but for this one,the retird father 71 years old lives with the 14 years old teen gaughter.How the generation gap is filled with "home" is quite interesting.

           In the morning of the dull day,the weather is not fine,though there was some sunlight but the rain kept falling.Sukjai staff returned back to Khun Samran Kunkit or Khun Toi for the second day after we came yesterday to film the advertisimg movie "Tobtaen" of PD House Corporation Co.,Ltd.which was on air in September.Khun Toi's house is lacated at Klong Soang,Tanyaburi,Patumthani close to our head office just 5-10 minutes'drive.
    
           Usually,when we want to take photos of beautiful house to put in our magazine we will go to a newly built house because everything in the house is still perfect.Though Khun Toi's house is 4 years old now,it still looks newer than anticipated.

           This family moved from a wealthy resident area of New York more than 7 years ago beacuse Khun Garry intended to spend his retired life in Thailand.At the time they moved to Thailand,Jiji was stiil a baby and she grew up here in Thailand with was taken good care by her retired father who was an advisor of GLA company and her housewife mother.They both could spend most of their time with their daughter,more than other parents.It is not exaggerated to say that it is hard to find any families which is more "Sukjai"than this one.

         Khun Toi's house "W-991" designed and constructed by PD House was awarded Good Label Energy Conservative House Award in the year 2011. The house consists of 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms,1 parking lot,203 sq.m. living area,on 72 sq.w.plot of land.From the first design,there are 4 bedrooms in the house, Khun Toi modified a bathroom to make bigger bedroom. He also deleted the partition on the first floor and put some built in furniture to make the hall wider.

          She also extended the dining area at one side of the house with wider balcony good for party. "When we first looked at PD's desings,we like Applied Thai Style design but when we came back to Thailand and saw this design we made a decision on this one.Apart from the beauty of the design,muy husband who wanted to spend his retired life in Thailand,wanted wide area.Acctually we wanted a 1 rai plot of land but the owner of the land sold me only this one."Khun Toi told us.

          The outstanding beauty of the interior decoration is the built in furniture from old real wood they brought from America.The wood was inherited from KHun Garry'anchestor.Khun Toi told us that Khun Garry likes wood and the wood you see here is Oak wood which was used by older generation.

          The story of Khun Toi and PD House is amazing.She siad she had known PD House since she lived in America.She called PD House to ask where did you sell your house. I then was told that there was no house for sale but we built the house on your plot of land so I bought the land and had PDbuild the house. When asked how they lived after moved back from America and the house was under construction,she said we rented a condo for ourselves and rented a room at the port for the furniture for about 2 years.This means she has to endured a lot to have a house in Thailand.When asked if it worth for waiting she said she was proud of her decision making.She was happy with PD House.Those who visited her house often asked about the builder of the house and she told them that PD House was the builder and the company didn't dissapoint her.

          She liked all staff.They took good care of her and the house.She siad she could call the company at once if she had any problems with the house.

         The definition of the "home"is something beyond bedroom,bathroom and living room.If no dwellers it cannot be called "home." Home is not important because there are many rooms or it is beautiful but it is the place where the family members spend their lives together. but we managed to buy
