“We want a house in the surrounding of nature because we spent most of our life in urban area where there are filled with pollution. To be in a fresh air makes us feel relax. We are lucky to acquire this plot of land so our house is surrounded by mountains and there is the wind all the time. Furthermore, the weather here is cool all the year especially in winter we can see the sea of fog covers the area.

         The house is a 2 storey one. The living room on the first floor decorated with genuine leather sofa from Italy and floored with carpet. Dining table in the dining area was made of teak and the lathe connects the area to the  swimming pool decorated with quaint designed luminaires. The stairs lead  to the second floor were made from teak decorated with simple items but complicated design. The second floor was divided into bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony for getting fresh air in the morning. The furniture was made from teak si it feels close to nature. The Japanese style bathtub was put in the bathroom. Since the construction was completed and we moved in last year there was no problem with the house and PD staff come to check regularly like we are a member of their family. We would like to give a special thanks to the manager of PD House Nakornratchasima office who takes good care of us.

          We are lucky to have PD House build our house because we could modify what we needed. They pay good attention to us and provided both pre and post sales services. There are also warranty which relieves us so much. During the construction, we could follow the progress of work via website. We were satisfied with the house and our Japanese friends were impressed with the house. We knew from theirs that Khun Re and her Japanese husband were proud of the house.
