The new house we had PD House build was a modern style ,2 storey,3 bedrooms with 246 sq.m. living area situated on a 4 rai plot of land. The construction started in the year 2012.Khun Chuan, her husband, wanted to modify some part of the house from the original design and PD was okay with the idea. During the construction, we regularly visited the work site. We could also follow the progress of the construction via website.

          This modern style house was painted brown. Almost all of the wall was made of glass so we can see the nature outside where trees were planted for shadow and table and a set of chairs were placed for relaxing and for reception. The interior decoration was emphasized on simplicity and utilization of living area. The first floor of the house was divided into living room, office room and kitchen. The brown leather sofa contrasted with grey curtain in the living room, with tracery carpet make the living room feel comfortable. The step ceiling in the office room also looks nice. The kitchen accessories and wooden built-in furniture help make feeling close to nature. At the back of the house there are spiral stairs that lead to the back balcony for fresh air in the morning.
 

  

          Upstairs were divided into 3 bedrooms and a Buddha area. A hanging luminaire  on the way upstairs provides beautiful light. Master bedroom was floored with tiles and topped with carpet with step ceiling where lamps are hidden. The Buddha area shared a part of the master bedroom. There is a balcony at the front of the bedroom where a table and chairs are placed for relaxing. External wall was decorated with artificial wood and miscellaneous items.
          After PD completed the construction, we felt proud of the house because it looked different from others. We are impressed with PD both pre and post sales service. PD House was ready to change anything to meet our needs. There still were no problems since the construction was completed.  We can say that PD is sincere with us, built a quality house and provides us with best service.
