          To have one’s own house is a dream of many people since they were children. The dream houses of people are different and vary according to ones’ idea. Some like big houses, others like smaller ones but the same destination is happiness in the house. The ‘Jindarak’ family is the one who likes a big house for the happiness of the family members now their dream comes true.

          Khun Pairote and Khun Jamreonsuk Jindarak or as known ‘Tha Kae cake’, the famous souvenir shop in Pattalung welcomed ‘Baan Sukjai” staff to talk about the house. “This is the second house of our family because the first one is too small for us. We then look for a home builder company with house designs to build a house for us. There are no home builder companies from Bangkok in the south.Most of them are local companies and no house designs for our choice. We went to Hat Yai and accidentally met with PD office.We talked with them and decided to have them build our house.”

          The house is contemporary style,2 storey with 500 sq.m. living area,5 bedrooms,5 bathrooms,1 Buddha room,1 laundry and 1 library. The house is multi-level and clear glass was used for some parts of the wall so it is well lighted inside and save energy for lighting. In front of the house there is a fountain with color lamps to make the area colorful at night. The glass wall in the front of the house help make the outside atmosphere can be easily seen.  soft green curtain contrasts with the cream color wall softens the eyesight.

        “We make a right decision to have PD build our house because the construction is closely controlled by an engineer and the materials used are higher in standard than we expected. I can see the progress of the construction all the time. The construction took 15 months. We are satisfied with the house, it  is worth waiting. Though the construction was completed, the company still visits us and ready to help if there are any problems. They provide good pre and after sales services. We can say that we made a right decision to have PD build our house.”
 

           The interior decoration was done by SB Phuket office except in the kitchen was decorated by Star Mark. Trends of decoration are wooden with light color. The step ceiling is high and airy decorated with down-light lamps in different style for each room. The living room downstairs decorated with yellow sofa and glass showcase. In the kitchen, black and white built-in furniture harmonized with acrylic counter and added luxury with ceiling mounted air conditioner. The luminaires designed and bought by the owner looked nice. The engineer wood hand rail made from dried wood had no problems with shrinkage.
 

          A wide upstairs filled with sofa and showcase and connected a small garden on the balcony. The master bedroom was divided for luxury bed, dressing area and bathroom. The second bedroom was simply decorated in vintage style with different luminaires. With thoroughly care in every aspect of the owner, the house filled with happiness for family members.


          To build a house is not an easy matter so to select a home builder we have to study the information thoroughly then we will get the heaven we expected.
