‘Home’ besides being a dwelling place, it is the center for every family member. It is the place for the memory of love, warmth, concern and attachment because they are originated from ‘home.’
             Khun Wilart (P’Art) and Khun Ankana (P’Or),the owner of chicken biryani or ‘Kao Mok Kai’ told us that formerly they used to stay in a townhouse, a villa but it was not convenient enough they had an idea of building a new house by the river which could reveal their identity. When they acquired this plot of land, they looked for a builder company. They saw PD advertisement and walked in to talk with the company.

           “Actually, I need a house that looks merry and joyful without any fix conceptual concept frame but can respond to all of our needs. We talked for many times with PD and they put ore needs in the design until everything was okay. It took 2 years for the design and 2 more years for the construction. The house has 4 buildings connected together and faces 4 directions with multi-level and stairs for going up and down around the house.”

          The house situated on 300 sq. w. plot of land on the bank of Tha-Cheen river. The wall was made from autoclave bricks supplemented with thin ceramic tiles. The 4 buildings are 3 storey with different level and consists of 7 bedrooms,8bathrooms,1 Buddha room,1 office, a kitchen and a living room. All 4 buildings are connected by walk ways and all handrails are made from aluminium designed by the owner to protect rust when expose to sun and rain. The house is airy and can let the wind goes through from all directions. The surrounding area of the house was elevated to be a walk path floored with thick smart-board which can endure heat and rain. The trees are put on the walk path.
 

           “We feel more confident because during the construction because it is closely controlled by the engineer and the materials used meet the standard needed. They provide good service. We are satisfied with the house because we get what we expected. Though the construction was completed, the company still sends their staff to visit us periodically to help if there are any problems. We are proud of the house and I am happy to tell anyone that ‘PD HOUSE’ built the house.”
   Happiness may simply begins from mutual understanding of people around us.Besides the happiness from outer world, a home can give us love and warmth.
