After dedicating his outer and inner strength for hard work from young to retired age, it is now a time for relaxing. Most people dream for a house in a fresh air environment for relaxing. This is the same with Khun Krachang Katwethipng and his sisters. They want to build a house to be a place for relaxing after they retired.

Khun Krachang Katawethipong worked as exporter. When he retired from his work he dreamed to have a house for relaxing. He chose a place in Chiang Mai because he was born there and the fresh air environment in Chiang Mai played an important role for making decision.

“ My sisters and I were born in Chiang Mai but we went to school and worked in Bangkok. Now we are ready and  retired so we have an idea of building a house for relaxing.

When the idea of building a house arises, finding out a home builder is important. Because Khun krachang and his sisters haven’t stayed in Chiang Mai for a long time, it was not easy for them to find out a home builder in the city. The home builder company with offices in the city was the choice. Khun Krachang at last met with PD House and felt confident with the company.
 
  

“ Because my sisters and I stayed in Bangkok for a long time, it is not easy for us o find out a home builder. We know nothing about construction so we have to find out a trustworthy company. We chose PD House because PD has offices in the city” Khun Krachang told us about the design he liked that,” personally I like modern style and PD House has the design for our choice. We want some modification to meet our needs.”
 
  

Though the modern style 2 storey house is not big and luxury look like a mansion ,the house is a warm one with 248 sq.m. living area, the concrete roof equipped with 6 inches thick Stay Cool insulator to reduce the heat coming into the house. The 6 figure shape house is decorated with a lath panel in the front which functions as a barrier for the wind and rain and also for the beauty of the house. Some part in the front is decorated with kenzai to give a dimension look. The green garden around the house helps make the house look cool and shady.
 
    
 
This modern style house was decorated with a few pieces of furniture so the house looks airy. There are steps inside to separate the area. Doors and windows are from Windsor which is stronger than aluminium and soundproofing. The green tinted glass is used to reduce the heat from coming into the house. The first floor of the house is divided into living area, dining area, kitchen and a bedroom. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms and a living corner connected to the front balcony.

With more than 200 sq.wa pot of land, there is a room for a garden around the house which makes the house more lively. Relaxing doesn’t mean only sleeping but planting trees trimming are other choices of perfect relaxing.
