This is the philosophy of life of a man who sets the goal of life with warm and good understanding within the family. He fought until both success in financial status and good family belongs to him,Khun Jamnan Muangyao. He now owns a big house surrounded by garden and big trees but no one knows how difficult he had encountered to acquire the house. He had to work hard and saved for the success.
Khun Jamnan Muangyao and Khun Pawinee Klayunatorn,a spouse, who fought hard to have a house for their children to have a private playground and they also perceived that a house can fulfill the perfect of the family life.
“I am now perfect in all aspects. I have a warm family,cute children so I need a house to be the center of my family. I review my needs what I want and then looked for someone to build a house for us. We study many companies and at last we chose PD House because they has many house designs for our choice. I also viewed that the image of the company profile was interesting, reliable management system, fine contract and clearly defined construction materials. This made us confident that they can look after us well.”

A beautiful F-575 model was selected to be built on a 3 rais plot of land. The modern style house 2 storey house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living area and a dining corner with 276 sq.m. living area.Khun Pawinee, the wife, decided that it should be perfect for the family.
Khun Pawinee added that “ I was impressed with the service of PD House. The staff is merry and kind hearted. They give us valuable advice. This makes me confident. On the first day the construction started, I can feel friendly from them and hope the company can invent what we need on our land.”

The modern house style walled with autoclaved brick makes the house cool inside. The roof tiled with concrete tiles makes the house looks modern and the insulator under the roof and spaced eave ceiling lets good ventilation. The light channel at the hall let the light and wind flow inside so we save the energy for lighting.

The interior decoration is mixed between modern and Louis style. Most of the furniture is Louis style added witm some modern ones. Each zone is divided by tone of color. White color is applied at the living room so it looks warm connected to the dining area decorated with fruit painted wall paper. Dark color is used in the kitchen. Upstairs are living corner, bedrooms for children and master bedroom. The color in each bedroom depends on the needs of the owners so they can feel the participation in decorating.
“ We would like to let you know that we are happy to have PD build our house. The company used the environmentally friendly materials so we realize that our house doesn’t encroach environment. We don’t have any trees within the house but we plant them around our house.”
The green and shady atmosphere is around the house and the family members do some activities together or the children running around is the image than can cause jealous to someone. The happiness of the family members can well express the meaning of ‘home.’
