First Day : Luang Prabang,Wat Wichun Rat,Wat Chiang Thong,Wat Arham Uttama Thani, Prathat Pusi and Night Market
Arriving in Luang Prabang, we first headed to Wat WichunRat to pay respect to the holy spirit to our well being. The Wat was built by King Wichun Rat and was the place where important Buddha image like Prabang was placed. Behind the main image, there are many old Buddha images. The other important thing is “Pra That Mak Mo” –PraThat(Stupa)looks like upside down half cut water melon. It is one of the most important Pra That of the Wat of of Luang Prabang.

Within 5 minute’s walk we arrived Wat Chiang Thong which is a typical Lan Na architecture with 3 steps roof and widen like a bird’s wing. Both inside and outside sim(Ubosoth)or chapel, there are murals telling story about folk lore and religion. We then went to Wat Arham Uttama Thani to pay respect to Pun Ye Ya Yer (grandpa Ye and Grandma Yer). The highlight of visiting Luang Prabang is Pra That Pu Si which is situated on the top of the hill. Those who visit Luang Prabang want to see Pra That Pu Si so much that it is said that “you won’t arrive Luang Prabang if you don’t see Pra That Pu Si.”We had our dinner at “Heun Luang Prabang”restaurant and attended Lan Chang style welcome ceremony (Bai Si Su Kwan) for our well being and stopped at well lighted night market before going to bed.

Second Day : Sticky rice Alm Giving, Tum(Cave)Ting, Ban Sang Hai(Jar Village), Kuang Si Waterfall, Night Market
Got up in the morning of the second day, we prepare for alms giving. The tradition of alms giving here is descended long time ago. We put only sticky rice in the bowl of the monk. We then visit the morning market where ways of life of local people can be seen. We stopped at the vendors for light breakfast then back to the hotel for real breakfast. We left the hotel for Tum Ting after breakfast to view the scenery on both sides of Me Khong River and paid respect to Prabang.Tum Ting consists of two Tum (cave)—Tum Lum and Tum Terng where stalagmites and Buddha images could be seen.In the old days, the cave were the places for worshiping holy spirits.

We brought our VIp customers to see the ways of life of local people at Ban Sang Hai.The people in this village earns their living by distilling whiskey. The specialty of the whiskey   produced here is they put some poisonous animals in it for it is believed that it will bring good health to those who consume. They also weave and do silverware for sovenire. We had lunch at the nearby restaurant and made a 30 km. journey more to see the beauty of Kwangsi Waterfall where the pure air and natural beauty is still existing. We took photos, walked around for sight- seeing then moved to “Elephant” a French restaurant with Thai taste and went back to take a nice sleep at the hotel.

Third Day : Royal Palace Museum,Wat Mai Sowan Pumaram,Bangkok
On the third day we went to the Royal Palace Museum where the valuable historian items are kept. The museum was once the palace for the king of Laos. Valuable antiques and royal accessories are also kept here. The most important item is “Prabang”-a priceless Buddha image which tells the background of the city. We went to visit Wat Mai Suwan Pumaram which is well known for handicraft and murals and stopped for coffee at Joma-a coffee shop popular among Luang Prabang people and flew back to Bangkok.
This is the happiness we, PD staff, intended to offer to our VIP customers to keep in the memory forever.
