It took the Ponkaset family more than twenty years to finally be able to build their own brand-new home and the path to success, when starting from zero, is never an easy feat. Their strong will to achieve success over a period of time played such an important role in acquiring happiness and security for the family.Khun Thanapon and Khun Lakkhana originally lived in a small home. When they started their own business, they had a dream of building a brand-new home. They began to save and it took almost 20 years before they decided it was the time to build a new home. They first intended to build a one-story home but after several discussions, they chose a two-story for more space for all family members.
Once the decision was made, they contacted PD House, Pranburi office. Khun Thanapon said, “We decided on PD House because they are a large company and knew they’d take good care of us. They have a post-sales service so if we encountered any issues after the house was handed over, we could rely on them to resolve any matters. If we had used a local contractor build the home, it would have been difficult to contact them as they don’t provide any post-sales service. This is the main reason we chose PD House.”
The Ponkaset family chose the WA-128 model which consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. They modified the original plan deleting a bathroom in order to make the master bedroom larger. Their favourite place in the home is the living room where all family members can gather together.
“At first, we tried finding a reliable contractor to build our home but when we saw some of their finished products, we knew that we would not be satisfied using them. We came to PD House and found out that they provide both pre- and post-sales service, have beautiful designs to choose from, use high quality materials and solid structures. We felt confident knowing their work would be to our satisfaction. When we visited the work site an engineer explained each step of construction and the progression of the construction was reported to us regularly. We never dreamt we would ever have such an elegant home to live in. We were lucky to have chosen PD House. Had we assigned a private contractor to build our home, we would never have had such a worry-free experience. We were impressed with the house, the design, the environmentally friendly materials used and the craftsmanship of the workers. We were not disappointed that we chose PD House” added Khun Lakkhana.
