Khun Punyisa also added, “we all became involved in the search for information on the building companies. We made several calls but were dissatisfied with their responses. We searched websites and found PD House and considered their construction details more closely. We found many comments from their previous builds and the customer feedback confirmed they were all very pleased with their homes PD House had built for them.

We received adequate information so we decided to visit their office. We were given a warm welcome with candid advice from the officers and were treated like their own family members. It didn’t take us long to decide to have them build our home.”

          The home the Chawana family chose is a contemporary style home. The functionalities are perfect and respond to the needs of all family members. After a year of waiting for the construction to be completed, we were happy to have the house as we had expected,” Khun Punyisa said and also added, “At first we were concerned about some aspects of the construction but when we asked for some minor changes, the company agreed to do them for us. They looked after the final construction so we wouldn’t have to have any direct encounters with the workers. We also had no concerns about any work left unfinished. We watched the progress of each step of construction and we felt confident that the house would be completed as expected.”
